Production Process Analysis and Optimization

A comprehensive analysis of your manufacturing processes forms the foundation for improving your production results. Working closely with you, I will analyze a wide range of aspects within your production environment:

Based on the analysis, I identify weaknesses and develop specific proposals to optimize your production. In doing so, I focus on measures that offer the greatest cost-benefit impact. Therefore, the concept may include various aspects:

  • Optimization of the production layout to eliminate muda
  • Setup time optimization
  • Improvement of equipment KPIs
  • Optimization of material flow
  • Improvement of work ergonomics
  • Partial or full automation
